Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand, with global expansion on the horizon.

Dispatch times

We aim to pack and send your order within 1–2 business days from our Jervis Bay facility.

Delivery estimates

• Australia: usually 3–7 business days
• New Zealand: usually 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates from our shipping partners and may vary depending on location or public holidays.

Shipping costs

• Australia: Flat rate $7.95
• New Zealand: Flat rate $15
• Express Shipping (Australia only): Flat rate $15

Returns policy

As our products are natural pet supplements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once they have left our facility. Please check the feeding guide if you are unsure about the right product for your pet.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us at marinevitality@blueharvest.com.au within 7 days. Include your order number and a photo so we can make it right. We’ll either replace your order or provide a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
