If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

There’s no need to send the product back. We understand pet supplements need to be tried properly, and we don’t believe in unnecessary waste.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief note about why the product wasn’t right for your pet

Our team will review your request and confirm next steps.

What Happens Next

Once your request is approved:

  • You do not need to return the product

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

In some cases, we may also offer a replacement or store credit if that’s more suitable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at marinevitality@blueharvest.com.au

We’ll organise a refund or replacement quickly.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please get in touch and we’ll follow it up.

Fair Use

Our risk-free policy is designed to support genuine customers trying our products for their pets.

We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of misuse, repeat refund requests, or activity that falls outside reasonable use.
